Payment Options
- We accept credit and debit cards through Square Payments or PayPal, as well as Interac eTransfers (within Canada) and cash for local pickups.
Order Processing
- Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to process, pack, and dispatch your order.
Shipping Policy
- We ship orders from the National Capital Region of Canada to addresses in Canada and the United States.
- All shipments are carefully packaged to ensure items arrive in excellent condition.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- Domestic (Canada): Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator or Chit Chat Express, with a typical delivery time of 4-10 business days.
- United States: Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator or Chit Chat Express, with a typical delivery time of 8-10 business days.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Tracking & Refunds
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, unless the shipping option selected at checkout does not include tracking.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos as proof of damage to initiate a refund request. We will evaluate your request and notify you of our decision, including the amount to be refunded (if applicable) and when you can expect to receive it.
- Please note that this refund policy only applies to shipments with tracking and delivery confirmation. We do not accept refund or return requests for shipping methods that do not include tracking or delivery confirmation (i.e. Lettermail or Letter-Post).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees once the package reaches the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
- While we do our best to ensure on-time deliveries, factors such as customs clearance or carrier delays may affect the arrival date.
- If you suspect your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. This only applies to shipments with tracking.
Package Protection & Care
- Every order is packaged to prevent damage in transit.
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
