Doctor Paradigm is a university professor. He is the main enemy of the series' heroes, plotting to take control of Fission-ville while trying to preserve his public image. He is easily identifiable by his metal eye patch. In the second episode, he dons a giant yellow robotic suit to defend himself against the Street Sharks. Following an accident in the same episode, Paradigm was injected with piranha DNA. To the Street Sharks, he takes on the nickname “Doctor Piranoid”. He is accompanied by many of the mutants he creates during his experiments.
